Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently Myntra ships products only to Singapore, however we are working to introduce delivery to more countries very soon. Stay tuned!

What are the international shipping charges? Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped to Singapore may be subject to customs duties and local taxes as per the destination country’s regulations. If applicable, these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of order placement. Myntra does not cover these fees and cannot provide an estimate of the charges in advance.

How long does international shipping take?

Simply enter your postal code on the Product Display Page for an estimate on the delivery date. Generally this should range from a period of 7 to 10 days.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as per the promised timelines. In the unlikely event of a delay, please reach out to our team for assistance.

What happens if I refuse to accept my order upon delivery?

Please note that if an order is refused upon delivery and returned to the origin, we would be unable to process a refund. We recommend accepting the delivery to ensure a smooth shopping experience. For any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

How do I place an order?

You can place international orders from Myntra's website or m-site.

What payment methods are accepted for international customers?

We accept major international credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that, for now, all transactions will be processed in USD only. Payments in local currencies are not supported at this time.

Can I Gift Wrap my order?

At this time, gift wrapping services are not available for international deliveries. We are continuously working to enhance our services and appreciate your understanding.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order once it has been placed?

Currently, we do not have an option to edit the address post the order is confirmed. You can simply cancel the order within the permissible timelines and place a new one with the correct address if the required location/area is serviceable.

How can I cancel my order?

The Order Tracking page will display the permissible time within which you may cancel your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details from our courier partner. You can also track your order directly through the "Orders" section on our website.

Is there a minimum order value for international shipping?

There are no such limitations imposed currently.

My order is not visible on my account. What do I do?

You can review the status of your order and other tracking related queries under the Orders section. In case your money has been debited and you can't see your order under Orders section, please recheck after some time. If still not resolved please feel free to contact us.

Can I gift items to someone in another country?

At this time, we do not offer gifting or loyalty provisions for international orders. We appreciate your understanding and are continuously working to enhance our services.

At this time, we do not offer gift cards for international customers.

What is Myntra’s return policy for international orders?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. We recommend reviewing the product details, size guides, and customer reviews carefully before making a purchase. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of your request being approved. The refunded amount is typically credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What if my item is wrong or defective?

All orders are dispatched after a thorough investigation & a detailed Quality Check procedure. In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect or defective order, please contact our support team for assistance. Please ensure that the delivered package is retained in it’s original condition. We also urge to create an unboxing video of the order, which would prove handy in the event of such claims.
