Introduction

This Privacy Notice describes how Myntra Designs Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively, "Myntra”, “we”, “our”, “us") collect, use, disclose or otherwise process your personal data through Myntra’s website, www.myntraglobal.com (“Platform”). By visiting this Platform, providing your information to us, or otherwise purchasing, accessing or using any product/service offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal data for the purposes as described / disclosed in this Privacy Notice. While you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us, we may collect the following personal data from you when you purchase, access or use a product/service offered on our Platform –

Identity Data –Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, telephone/mobile number, email ID. Product Review and Feedback Data - If you choose to post reviews on our product review pages along with images, photos, or leave feedback/product review, we will collect that information you provide to us. Please note such reviews posted by you will be in public domain and can be read by others as well, hence please exercise caution while posting such messages, personal details, photos and reviews. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, internal research and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect such information in a file specific to you.

  1. Smooth Platform Experience - Our primary goal in using your data is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth, and customised experience of our Platform. This allows us to provide or recommend services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customise our Platform to make your experience safer and easier. 

  2. Log-in - In general, you can browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal data about yourself. However, we need your personal information to create an account with us so that you have your order details, previous orders, etc.

To protect your personal data from unauthorised access or disclosure, loss or misuse we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures.

We adopt industry standard security measures and keep updating our systems from time to time to protect your personal data against any hacking or virus dissemination. You may delete certain non-mandatory information by logging into our Platform and visiting Profile and Settings sections. Withdrawing Your Consent

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us after setting up an account.
