Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MyntraGlobal.com Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Program Overview

 

The MyntraGlobal.com Referral Program allows existing customers to earn rewards by referring new customers to make a purchase on our website. A "Referrer" is an existing customer who shares their unique referral link, and a "Referred Friend" is a new customer who uses this link to make their first purchase.


 

2. Eligibility

 

  • Referrer: To be eligible to participate as a Referrer, you must have an active account in good standing with MyntraGlobal.com.

  • Referred Friend: To be eligible to participate as a Referred Friend, you must be a new customer who has never made a purchase on MyntraGlobal.com. An individual may only participate as a Referred Friend once.


3. How to Refer

 

Referrers can create their unique referral link from myntraglobal.com and share via email, social media, or personal message. The referral link is for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising.


 

4. Qualifying Referral

 

A "Qualifying Referral" is a referral that meets all the following conditions:

  1. The Referred Friend must use the Referrer’s unique link to generate coupon code and use the same coupon code while placing their first order on MyntraGlobal.com.

  2. The Referred Friend's first order must have a minimum value of $50 before taxes, shipping, and other fees.

  3. The Referred Friend must not cancel, return, or dispute the order. The order must be successfully delivered and the return period must have expired.

  4. The Referred Friend must reside in a country where MyntraGlobal.com operates and ships.


 

5. Referrer Rewards

 

For each Qualifying Referral, the Referrer will receive a coupon code $5 discount coupon on minimum on $50 cart value ("Referral Reward").

  • The Referral Reward coupon code will be shared within 30 days after the referral is deemed a Qualifying Referral.

  • Referral Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to an expiration date of 30 days from the date of issue.

  • A Referrer may refer to as many referees as they want however successful referral reward will be limited to a maximum of 5 referees.

 

 

 

6. Referred Friend Benefit

 

The Referred Friend will receive $5 discount coupon on minimum on $50 cart value on their first qualifying order.

  • Referred friend needs to generate coupon code via referral link, and use the code while placing first order

  • Referred friends will have to login via the same email address used to generate referral coupon code via link.

  • The discount will be applicable when customers paste the referral coupon code in on the cart page. 

  • This benefit cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

  • The benefit is valid only for the first order.

 

 

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

 

MyntraGlobal.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void any rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to refer to oneself.

  • Posting referral links on commercial websites or using paid advertising.

  • Impersonating MyntraGlobal.com or creating a misleading impression of our brand.

  • Any form of spamming or sending unsolicited communications.

  • Violating any of these Terms and Conditions.


 

8. Modification and Termination

 

MyntraGlobal.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately. Continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.


9. Limitation of Liability

 

MyntraGlobal.com shall not be held liable for any cancellations and/or delays due to any reason including but not limited to force majeure, logistical problems etc. and the participants shall not have any claim against MyntraGlobal.com for the same. MyntraGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the participants undertake not to claim any compensation from MyntraGlobal.com for the same

MyntraGlobal.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Program. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.


 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India.

 

 

11. General

 

1. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any participation is voluntary, and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

2. MyntraGlobal.com reserves the right to disqualify the participants from the benefits of this Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Program.
