I?m writing to raise a concern regarding a recent purchase?a pair of trousers from your brand. After only a single wear and gentle washs, the colour has faded in irregular patches, leaving the garment looking worn and uneven. This is quite disappointing, especially given the quality and reliability we?ve come to associate with Mr. Bowerbird.
We chose your brand with the expectation of durability and premium craftsmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has not met that standard. The fading appears to be a manufacturing or fabric issue rather than general wear and tear.
Could you please advise on the next steps? I?d appreciate an exchange or refund process being initiated. Photos of the affected areas can be provided if needed. I look forward to your response by Monday, April 7, 2025.
